I was raised in a religious family as a Roman Catholic. The Church provided a spiritual world that was unquestionable in my childhood, if anything more real than the physical world around me, but as I grew older, and especially after I entered a Catholic university and read more, my relation to the religion became increasingly called into question, in belief and practice. Br. Abdul Wahid is right, Sheikh Nuh follows the opinion that pictures are haram, and he therefore does not want people to take pictures of him or put pictures of him on website.
If you love Allah and His Messenger, please remove that picture. Everybody would appreciate.

Now we have to find a way to make the photo disappear from the Google thumbnail thing… Any idea?

I noticed that an image search on google for “Nuh Keller” returned a photo whose specific link is: ****** and a button which said original context which when clicked came here to your webpage. Is it also possible to delete the original at the above location ?
I am sure the shaykh would appreciate any work you have done in this regard.

Abd Al Mustafa: ok! let’s see what we can do here. that particular link is to an unpublished photo file on my blog, so i don’t understand why it is appearing on google search engine. anyway, let me know if it is still appearing on other search engines.
