thought i’d share a few pictures i took with my mobilephone while i was performing umrah a couple of weeks back. enjoy!

    I didnt know you were allowed to take pics in the haram

    [Abd Al Mustafa] – generally, you are not allowed. the police and others warn you off if they see you using cameras too close to the kaba but in all other areas in the haram there isn’t really any restrictions. In masjid an-nabawi sharif you are not allowed to use any recording or photography anywhere inside the masjid but are free to do so outside.
